Secure-24 smart surveillance provides state of the art capabilities that notify the Secure-24 command Centre of an intrusion, thus allowing proactive preventative policing and fighting crime before it happens.
ANPR (Automatic number plate recognition) cameras read the number plate of passing vehicles & check them against law enforcement agencies database of stolen, highjacked and suspicious vehicles that might be in circulation, leading to the arrest of wanted and dangerous criminals and the recovery and identification of stolen vehicles. Thus allowing proactive preventative policing and fighting crime before it happens.
Live video is sent to the Secure-24 Command centre once the system is triggered by an event. Even though the video is not monitored on a continual live basis, it remains active in the control room and alerts controllers to any event on site.
Following a system trigger, the camera view automatically becomes live in the control room where the activation took place, and the appropriate action is taken. Via strategically placed cameras, we are also able to monitor the guards on site to ensure that they are performing their duties.
This monitoring is undetectable, ensuring that guards are alert at all times.
